Raw aluminum sheets (Standard)

Raw aluminum sheets (Standard)

Raw aluminum sheets are characterized by:

  • The variety of alloy combinations with different surfaces and the possibility of recycling.
  • The diversity of shades ranging
  • from pure aluminum to alloys with several metals (copper, zinc, magnesium, etc.).
  • Standard dimensions of aluminum sheets are from 1000 x 2000 up to 2000 x 6000 and thicknesses ranging from 0.6 mm to 30 mm. They can also be distributed with customized dimensions.
  • Mechanical and physical properties include deformation capacity, corrosion resistance, and better electrical and thermal conductivity.

Anodized aluminum sheets

Anodized aluminum sheets

Anodized aluminum sheets result from an electrolytic treatment to increase the thickness of their surface coating by aluminum oxide. This technique allows them to have:

  • Excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance due to the acquired hardness (anodized consistency from 3 µm up to 20 µm). Their shiny appearance is achieved through surface treatment.
  • EN 602 classification and standard dimensions of 1000 x 2000 / 1250 x 2500 / 1500 x 3000 / 1500 x
  • 4000 for sheet thicknesses from 1 mm to 3 mm (these sheets are also available in customized sizes).
  • Application context: decoration, furniture manufacturing, exterior building facades, etc.

Lacquered aluminum sheets

Lacquered aluminum sheets

These aluminum sheets are coated with an enveloping layer of lacquer on their surfaces. They are characterized by:

  • High resistance obtained through the thickness of the lacquer on the surface layer and the varnishing of the underside.
  • A range of powder-coated and liquid-coated aluminum sheets (25 µm thickness of lacquer with a temporary adhesive layer) with flat or relief shapes.
  • They are available in standard formats such as 1000 × 2000 / 1250 × 2500 / 1500×3000 for sheet thicknesses from 0.6 mm up to 20 mm.
  • Application areas include boiler-making, metalworking, decoration, etc.
